The person is abiding to get a chronic non-communicable disease. Sedentary life also affects the immune system. This cost us our lives. In sedentary life, people love to be glued to their chairs because this is their comfort zone. If they feel tired, they opt for caffeine intake instead of walking. Walking will re-energize the energy level.
