Autism spectrum disorder is a very generalized, complex, and complicated disorder caused by a neurodevelopmental condition. This is the mix of many neurodegenerative disorders that blend into the disease of ASD. There is no underlying core cause of the disease, but in general, there are many factors that support the evidence of the development of ASD. Each component has its own evidence, just like genetics. Genetics plays a crucial role. To improve the lives of people afflicted by ASD and advance a more inclusive society, there has to be a greater emphasis on increased awareness, early diagnosis, and individualized therapies.
